In 150 pages, Darius Foroux looks at many aspects (aka inner battles) that stood in his way to a meaningful life. I found myself in almost all of them. Filled with inspiring quotes and helpful solutions, this is a real treasure trove of inspiration for tackling struggles differently in the future. I go into the details in my book review.

The target group is parents who want to support their children—the idea of seeing how (childlike) learning works as an adult. I learned a lot about myself.

The why are you here cafe
As part of his youth dedication, my son received a bag with various contents - including this book. It asks the big question about the meaning of life in the form of a small story. After I have "read through" it once, it is on resubmission so that I can go deeper and answer the questions asked for myself.
